It Starts Before You Walk In
When you schedule your consultation, Kelly confirms personally. She'll ask what you'd like to drink — coffee, tea, water — and whether anyone else is coming along. If you're bringing kids, she'll have snacks and something to keep them comfortable. Your appointment is reserved just for you. No walk-in traffic, no overlap, no rush.
Plan on 60–90 minutes. Wear comfortable clothes — you'll be lying down on a few beds.

The first thing Kelly does is get you settled — not show you a mattress. She asks what brought you in. Where you're feeling pain. How you sleep. What you've tried. What's not working. Your Fitting — Not a Floor Tour
Based on what she learns, Kelly narrows your options to one to three mattresses — not twenty. She evaluates how your body settles, checks your spinal alignment, and explains why each option was chosen for you. Then she fits the pillow for your sleep position and evaluates whether an adjustable base changes the system. Mattress, pillow, and base are assessed together — because that's how your body experiences them at home.

How Long Should I Plan For?

Should I Bring My Partner?
If they share the bed, yes — it helps Kelly fit the system for both of you. It's is required both of you get fitted for a sleep system.
Can I Bring My Kids?
Absolutely. Kelly keeps snacks, toys, and entertainment on hand. Families are always welcome.
What If I'm Not Ready To Buy That Day?
That's completely fine. Some customers take time to think. Kelly will follow up in a day or two when you're ready — no pressure, no countdown.
Do You Offer Home Visits?
Yes, when needed. Kelly can arrange a consultation outside standard hours at your home.
What Should I Wear?
Comfortable clothes. You'll be lying down on a few mattresses, so anything you can relax in works.
