Kelly has spent 18+ years designing and fitting mattresses. She knows how materials behave, how bodies settle, and how the right combination of layers can change the way you feel every morning. When you build with her, that experience is on your side of the table the whole time.

It always starts with a conversation, usually with coffee or tea in hand. Kelly wants to hear how you sleep, where you hurt, what has not worked before, and what better rest would actually mean for you.
Your body and your sleep, assessed
Kelly looks at how you sleep, how your body is built, and how you move through the night. This is the part no website and no machine can do, and it is where a custom mattress really
begins.
Build your layers
Working from what she has learned, Kelly guides you through the materials and construction that fit your body best. You are not handed a wall of options. You are walked through the few that are right for you, and you decide together.
Fit the full sleep system
A mattress rarely works alone. Kelly fits your pillow and, where it helps, an adjustable base, so your head, neck, spine, and body are all supported as one system.
Refine until it is right
Feel matters, so you dial it in together. Firmer, softer, more support in one area than another. The goal is a surface that feels made for you, because it is.
Crafted and delivered
Once your build is set, your mattress is made for you and delivery is coordinated around your schedule. Happy delivery day is a real thing here.
We stay with you after
Kelly does not disappear after the sale. You will have someone to call or text, an early check-in to see how you are sleeping, and support as your body adjusts to real rest.
